Director of Industrial Engineering and Maintenance

Seeking an experienced leader to oversee and drive industrial engineering and maintenance projects and teams necessary to fulfill manufacturing and fill of cosmetic orders. 

Key Success Factors: 
  • Propose, Specify and Qualify the investments needed to Manufacture and Fill the Cosmetics products sold by the Company in coordination with R&D and Production.
  • Guarantee the availability of the Equipment in order to meet the OEE objectives.
  • Ensure the realization of the products industrialization in the plant as presented by
    new product innovation in consideration with the specific project targets (Price & Quality) and the plant strategy
  • Coordination and continuous improvement of the plant with regards to resource,
    process, routings, material flow and layout planning with the target to achieve an
    overall optimum of productivity and yield.
  • Setup the department Industrial Engineering in the plant in co-ordination with the
    Manufacturing and Filling manager (Filling & assembly Process engineers reporting
    to the position)
  • Responsible of the facility maintenance and extensions
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree Mechanical engineering
  • At least 15 years Cosmetics Industry experience ideally in Contract Manufacturing
  • At least 5 years management/leadership experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Spanish fluency preferred
