Regional Retail Territory Manager for the sales territory areas of Cleveland, Ohio and Pittsburgh Pennsylvania . This role reports to the regional Division Manager and will ensure the execution of all Sales and Marketing Strategies.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Manages sales activities of the organization by performing and overseeing following responsibilities:
  • Implement market strategic plans and setting goals to meet corporate objectives.
  • Increase market shares and profitability by managing the sales of eight independent brokers.
  • Manages promotions, programs and field level account activities.
  • Analyzes sales reports and identifies market trends.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine markets´ needs.
  • Meets with key customers, maintaining relationships, negotiating and close deals to ensure sales growth.  
  • Measures Sales Brokers and Sales Trainee performances, make recommendations based on evaluation process.
  • Delivers sales presentations and information to sales brokers and-or customer groups.
  • Manages sales vs. company objectives for sales group.
 
Knowledge and Skills
 
Candidate must be a team player working in a fast paced environment.  The candidate must be able to work independently in the field with Sales Brokers and customers to achieve the company objectives. Must demonstrate excellent written, verbal and oral communication skills.  Proficient in Microsoft Office, creating and generating reports to use as a tool in their daily business functions. The candidate must be well organized, sensitive in handling confidential information, flexible and highly detail oriented.
 
Qualifications
 
Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or University, plus 5 years’ field sales experience and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
